ReGen Villages is realizing new residential developments and retrofits based on passive home typologies, with the integration of clean water, renewable energy, high-yield organic food production and circular waste-to-resource management at the neighborhood scale. Utilizing machine learning via our VillageOS™ software, residential developments can be designed and operated in ways that accelerate fast-track planning conditions, by providing significant burden reductions to government, healthcare systems and dynamically changing economic times. ReGen Villages is a Dutch holding company and an active member with the EU Network for Rural Development, EU Commission on Smart Rural Villages, EU Bauhaus Roundtable, and appointed to the U.N. Climate Change Secretariat Resilience Lab. ReGen Villages founded a Canadian subsidiary in 2020 and is working on several concurrent ReGen Villages communities in Canada.
