Tour 1: Infinite Harvest Technlogies
*This tour will depart at 3:30pm sharp – Please be ready to meet your bus in front of Queen’s Landing*
Infinite Harvest Technologies is a Niagara Region cleantech and agrifood StartUp company turning one of the food industry’s biggest challenges — organic waste — into a climate-positive opportunity. Using our patented Bugs4Rent containerized solution, we deploy Insects to upcycle food and agricultural by-products into sustainable insect protein for poultry, aquaculture, and pet food, and organic frass fertilizer for growers. This creates a closed-loop, circular model that reduces disposal costs, lowers emissions, and generates new revenue streams for local businesses.
Our activities align directly with the economic development goals of the Niagara region, which is home to one of Canada’s largest greenhouse and food production clusters. By piloting and scaling our solutions locally, we provide farmers, processors, and food producers with sustainable tools to reduce waste, improve soil health, and strengthen regional food resilience.
Tour Expectations
During the tour, economic development officers will see firsthand how our technology operates and integrates into Niagara’s agri-food ecosystem. We will showcase our on-site biodigester units, the processing units for insects, highlight our partnerships with local producers, and share early results from pilots that demonstrate both environmental and economic impact. Visitors can expect to leave with a clear understanding of how Infinite Harvest contributes to carbon reduction, and long-term competitiveness in the region — and how supporting innovation like ours accelerates Niagara’s role in Canada’s green economy.
